General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Identity

2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Plumify and any customer placing an order on www.plumify.io. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC without reservation before any order.
3. Nature of Products
Plumify offers personalized books generated by artificial intelligence from elements provided by the customer: - First names, ages, character photos - Custom story prompt - Illustration and narrative style chosen by the customer. Books are delivered: - In digital format (PDF and/or ePub) via download link, - Or in printed format through an external print partner.
4. Order
Any order is considered final upon payment confirmation. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. No refund or modification will be granted in case of errors in personalized content.
5. Right of Withdrawal – Personalized Products
According to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of personalized goods. Since books are uniquely generated based on customer instructions, no withdrawal, cancellation, or refund is possible, except in the case of obvious non-conformity (see Article 8).
6. Delivery
Digital format: The customer will receive an email containing a download link for the book within an approximate timeframe of 15 minutes after order validation. In the event of a generation problem, manual intervention may be necessary and the delivery timeframe may exceptionally be extended to a maximum of 72 hours. The link remains active for 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to save it. No guarantee of resending the link after expiration. Printed format: Printing is handled by a third-party provider. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Plumify cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the printing partner.
7. Price and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros including tax. Full payment is required at the time of order, by credit card via a secure service. No shipping or generation will begin without payment confirmation.
8. Legal Warranty – Digital Products
In case of a defective product (e.g., incomplete or unreadable file), the customer may request a resend or correction. In accordance with articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the Consumer Code, Plumify has 30 days to correct the issue.
9. Liability
Plumify cannot be held responsible for: - errors or mistakes in the information provided by the customer, - the nature of automatically generated results (text, style, illustrations), - delayscaused by the print partner or carrier, - improper use of the download link by the customer.

11. Dispute Mediation
In accordance with articles L611-1 to L616-3 of the Consumer Code, customers may use a mediator free of charge.
12. Personal Data
Plumify only collects the data necessary for creating and delivering books. No data is sold or shared with third parties, except with essential partners involved in book production and delivery. 13. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute and after failed mediation, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
